ThermoSeal ARC is the registered trade mark for Spray Foam Polymers acrylic roof coating.
ThermoSeal ARC is a single component, water based, acrylic elastomeric roof coating designed for the protection of Sprayed Polyurethane Foam (SPF), Single-ply, Smooth BUR and Metal roof systems. ThermoSeal ARC has superior durability, reflectivity, weather proofing and mildew resistance. ThermoSeal ARC was developed for protection from degradation caused by normal weathering and aging caused by ultraviolet exposure.

ThermoSeal ARC may be applied by medium nap rollers, brushes, or by conventional or airless spray equipment designed to handle a tip size of 0.045 inches. Airless spray application is most efficient whereas rolling or brushing may be used for touch up, or to fill voids, pinholes, holidays or cracks.
Apply ThermoSeal ARC only to clean, dry, sound surfaces, free of loose particles or other foreign matter that may interfere with the adhesion of the coating. A primer may be required subject to type and/or condition of the substrate. It is recommended that ThermoSeal ARC be sprayed in multiple coats to insure uniform film build and to avoid pinholing. Back rolling sprayed material may be necessary to fill pinholes in substrate. Final cured dry film thickness must be free of voids, pinholes, holidays, cracks or blisters.
Apply two or more coats of ThermoSeal ARC at the rate of 1-1.25 gallons per 100 square feet per coat. Minimum dry film thickness shall be 20-50 mils dependent upon application.
Do not apply over wet substrates or when inclement weather is imminent. Total cure of ThermoSeal ARC requires complete evaporation of water. Cool temperatures and high humidity retard cure. Furthermore, all white or light colored coatings can cause a premature artificial dew zone during the curing process under certain climatic conditions. This is generated as the water in the coating evaporates, cooling the white surface and attracting moisture in the form of dew. Therefore, do not apply if climatic conditions prevent complete cure before rain, dew, or freezing temperatures.
