ThermoSeal 1600
ThermoSeal 1600 is an all water blown 1.6 lb high density closed cell spray foam. ThermoSeal 1600 is a long awaited alternative to 245fa-based closed cell spray foams. Unlike other closed cell foams, ThermoSeal 1600 can be sprayed in very high temperatures with no boiling, drum bloating and spillover and can also be sprayed in very cold temperatures with minimal shrinkage, rifling, and loss of yield. ThermoSeal 1600 can be sprayed within the wall studs and achieve code R-Values without needing to be trimmed, eliminating waste and time on the job. Thermoseal 1600 offers an approximate R-Value of 6 and ~5,200 board feet of coverage.

The Gama MDI Gun provides the applicator with a spray gun that has been designed to reduce operator fatigue and facilitate application control. With this aim a new ergonomic gun handle has been developed and placed at the center of balance to equalize weight distribution and provide enhanced stability during the application.
