ThermoSeal Soy 1200 wall foam is a 1.2 lb medium density hybrid (open & closed cell) spray foam that contains an array of agriculturally based and renewable ingredients. With all the benefits and performance that are just as good or better than our premium ThermoSeal 1200, ThermoSeal Soy 1200 forms a strong bond and solid foam.
ThermoSeal Soy 1200 is the ultimate wall foam as it can be sprayed within the wall studs and achieve code R-Values without needing to be trimmed as with .5lb foams, eliminating up to 30% waste and minimizing "time on the job" labor costs.
ThermoSeal Soy 1200 offers a 4.9 R-Value and ~8,000 board feet of coverage. ThermoSeal Soy 1200 is the only foam of choice for walls among contractors looking for an ultra “Green” product when compared to 1/2lb foams.

This air purge design offers quick and easy output and pattern changes by changing the mixing chamber right from the front of the gun with no disassembly.- Mechanical Purge Guns
The Gama MDI Gun provides the applicator with a spray gun that has been designed to reduce operator fatigue and facilitate application control. With this aim a new ergonomic gun handle has been developed and placed at the center of balance to equalize weight distribution and provide enhanced stability during the application.
